There is no minimum order value. For Next Day Delivery: orders below $29 per store, we charge a $4.99 delivery charge. For Same Day Delivery: orders below $49 per store, we charge a $5.99 delivery charge.
IndeeFresh started with delivering to Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Keller, Westlake, North Richland Hills and Roanoke in Texas. If you open the app and find stores that deliver to you, it means we have you covered at your current location. Now in October 2019, we have started cover entire DFW.
IndeeFresh provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. You can also reject the delivery at your doorstep or ask for the replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.
You can cancel the order by sending us WhatApp chat with your email_id or from within the app inside Order History, or write to us at contact@indeefresh.com before 12PM on the day of delivery. Subject Line should be: “ CANCEL ORDER 453456545”. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days and you will receive it on same mode of payment that you used while paying for the order.

Refunds are initiated instantaneously. However, credit card company take time to process the refund. Rrefunded amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 3-5 business days.
IndeeCash is a cashless method of transacting on the IndeeFresh Platform. Your IndeeFresh Wallet is automatically activated upon registration. Any refund will be credited in the form of IndeeFresh Cash which will be visible on the IndeeFresh website or mobile app. This can be used at any point of time for future transactions on our Apps and website.
Currently we use IndeeCash for refunds only. However, very soon you should be able to add money as IndeeCash as well.

We handover the receipt from the merchant to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.
IndeeFresh provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via sending us WhatsApp chat to cancel your order up to 12 hours before delivery time. Items or order cancellation after 12 PM of the day of delivery is subjected to $4.99 cancellation charge.

Yes, please contact customer hotline over WhatsApp. You may also do this by clicking on the Need Help option in “My Orders” section before 2 PM of the day of delivery. You can also reschedule your order as per your convenience basis the time slots available, provided the order is not already en route.

Our fruits and vegetables vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. However, vegetables and fruits are highly dependent on weather and supply from California or Florida and imports from other countries that takes at least 2 days to arrive. We will find the Best Quality available in stores.
When any item is Out of stock, Substitution will be made if you have opted for it during checkout, we will replace the item and refund you any price difference between item you ordered vs substitution if substitution is less expensive than original item ordered. However, if substituted item is more expensive than original item ordered, we will take care of the extra expense on it and no burden on you.
Yes, it is. All transactions on IndeeFresh are completed via secure payment gateways Paypal which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time unless you opt for it for convenience to place order next time.
Next Day Delivery is FREE if your order is over $29 before any discount, loyalty points and tax applied, else its $4.99 Same Day Delivery is FREE if your order is over $49 before any discount, loyalty points and tax applied, else its $5.99 You may request future date delivery as well up to 30 days in advance.
We deliver between 5PM - 10 PM. The last delivery is mostly completed by 10 PM.
At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder at new address.
