Return Policy

Easy Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may not get products in expected condition and you would like to return. Customer satisfaction is our prime responsibility, so we would gladly honor returns in as easier way as possible.

            Please inspect all items when you take handover from shopper in same way as you take it from store. If you find anything wrong or you just don’t like it; please hand it over to shopper. Shopper will contact customer care and we will process refunds.

           

           We will process refund to same mode of payment for all returned item is more than $5.

            a. If returned items are is less than $5, we will credit equivalent loyalty points.

            b. Delivery fee will be applied if total order fall below free delivery fee limits.

           

Return policy is not applicable once you have accepted the delivery and shopper has left from delivery address. In case shopper has to leave items at your doorstep based on your delivery instructions and nobody physically present to inspect and accept items - then return policy is considered voided

General Rules for a successful Return

Product must remain in original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Used products can not be returned.

During open box/package deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund upon returning the item to shopper. Once you have accepted a delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

For products where installation is provided by IndeeFresh's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. IndeeFresh authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
